Our coffees are ship overseas where the coffee beans are steam and prepare previous to the caffeine extraction using a water-based saturated solution of solid soluble from the coffee beans. The caffeine is extracted under controlled conditions of flow, temperature, pressure, and vacuum.

After the extraction takes place the coffee is dry gently through a triple drying system and then polish.
